Red Hot Poker’
An exotic, perennial plant that thrives in our climate, belonging to the group of rhizomatous perennials. This variety is distinguished by its original bicoloured flowers resembling burning torches. It forms dense clumps of narrow leaves, with flower spikes reaching about 30 cm in length. The blooms are light orange at the base and turn increasingly red towards the top.
‘Red Hot Poker’ is a compact and tidy variety, and also a honey plant. Regular removal of faded flower spikes ensures abundant and long-lasting flowering throughout the summer.
