ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:
- Order processing time is up to 3 business days from receipt of payment, or in the case of cash on delivery, from the time the order is placed.
- Delivery time is usually 1–2 business days from the shipping date. Shipments are dispatched on business days from Monday to Thursday.
Packaging
Shipping costs are charged for each started carton in which the plants are packed. The number of plants per carton depends on their size according to the scheme below: 0.5 / 1, 2 and 4 liters (P9/C1, C2, C4).
The shipping price is visible in the order summary after entering the delivery address.

It is possible to combine several 0.5 / 1 L plants with 2 L plants in the same carton. In such cases, the total number of plants per carton depends on their size.
Plant Packaging for Transport
We strive to ensure that you receive beautiful, healthy, and strong plants. Our nursery is under constant supervision of the Plant Health and Seed Inspection Authority.
The seedlings have a healthy, strong root system and are in excellent condition. They are grown in P9/1, 2, or 4-liter containers; when necessary, plants are secured to a 60 or 90 cm bamboo support and labeled with a colorful tag featuring a photo and variety description. During transport, all plants are carefully secured, and the pot is protected with a plastic bag to prevent substrate spillage.
Seedlings are packed in specially manufactured transport boxes sized according to the number of ordered plants. This ensures 100% safe transport. In the event of shipment damage, please complete a damage report in the presence of the courier, as all our shipments are insured.
