The thornless blackberry is a perennial fruit shrub that has become very popular in Poland in recent years. It is frost-resistant and spreads easily. It produces long fruit-bearing shoots that should be trained along fences or garden arbors. Grows 3–5 m tall. Fruits from August to October. The berries are delicious, dark-colored, suitable for freezing, baking, and other preserves. This variety is very susceptible to diseases. The shoots require winter covering. Prefers a sunny or semi-shaded position. Grows best in fertile, well-drained, moderately moist soil with a slightly acidic pH.

Use: The fruits have a wide range of medicinal applications. They are suitable for fresh consumption as well as for making jams, juices, and jellies. One bush can yield up to 15 liters of fruit. The berries have a detoxifying effect on the body. Blackberry bushes are perfect for any garden.
Flowering and fruiting: Blooms from June to August. Flowers are white or light pink. The plant fruits very abundantly. The berries are very tasty, juicy, shiny, and large. Fruiting occurs from early August to September.
Care: In autumn, the shoots should be removed from supports, laid on the ground, and covered with agrotextile, straw, etc. Otherwise, the plant has no special requirements. Blackberries require a sunny location and do not tolerate overly wet or waterlogged soil. Plant 1–1.5 m apart. Should be trained on supports.
Pruning: During the growing season, regular pruning after harvest is necessary.
