The 'Sweet Velvet' rose is a very vigorous, perennial variety. It grows to about 3-5 meters in height and about 1.5-2.5 meters in width. It has a fairly strong growth, reaching about 1 meter per year. It has high frost resistance. The variety is resistant to diseases and Polish climatic conditions. It grows best in clayey-sandy soil with a high organic content. The soil should have a pH of 6.5.

Flowering: Blooms intensively from June to September. The flowers are pink.
Care: Tolerates partial shade and poorer soils, but is less tolerant of strong sunlight and prolonged rainfall. The soil should be slightly acidic.
Pruning: Pruning should be done gently in spring before the growing season begins. Trim side shoots above the 3rd to 5th bud. Main shoots should be left unpruned.
