This variety stands out due to its beautiful, strongly fragrant orange flowers. This plant is distinguished among other roses by its exceptional resistance to diseases and pests, as well as its immense vitality. The flowers are full, large with a diameter of 10-12 cm, usually borne singly on the stems. This shrub prefers clayey-sandy soil with a high humus content, with a pH of 6.5.
Application: The 'Sika' rose can be used in home gardens, parks, and residential greenery, as well as along streets. It can also be planted in larger containers. These containers should be well protected in winter or moved to unheated rooms.
Care: It grows best in sunny locations, in areas sheltered from the wind and that heat up easily. It requires fertile, moist, well-draining soil with a slightly acidic pH. It requires traditional winter covering.
Pruning: In spring, trim the tips of the shoots. If necessary, also remove any frozen shoots.
