A good solution is to plant it in a pot and store it in a cool place during winter, with temperatures ranging from 0-10 °C. If we decide to plant it in the ground, we must provide proper protection. A mound of peat, dry leaves, or sawdust should be created, and then the long leaves should be tied at the end to form a bundle. A canopy should be placed over the tied plant to protect it from rain and snow.
