Magnolia with large, full, white, and fragrant flowers. The variety was created by crossing Japanese Magnolia and Star Magnolia. It grows to about 4 meters in height.
Usage: It is best suited for a small garden.
Flowering: It begins at the end of March.
Exposure: Southern, the best place for it is a sheltered, warm, and protected spot.
Care: Magnolia requires fertile, slightly acidic soil rich in nutrients. Due to its rather shallow root system, it should be planted not too deeply in soil mixed with compost. Mulch with pine bark to a thickness of about 5 cm. It is advisable to fertilize it with special preparations for acid-loving plants. It does not tolerate drought well, so regular and fairly abundant watering is necessary. Cover and mound it in winter.
Pruning: It does not like pruning. Only dry, dead shoots should be removed.
