Its Polish name is Nadzieja (Hope). It is unique due to the color of the flowers: blue-violet clusters that appear in May create an extraordinary image against the backdrop of dark green leaves. The flowers are double. It grows up to 3 meters.
Usage: For any garden. Due to its high tolerance to pollution, it can be used in public greenery. Cut lilac branches are suitable for bouquets and vases.
Blooming: May and June.
Position: Sunny, possibly partial shade.
Care: It does not require special treatments, grows best in fertile, well-drained soil with a neutral or slightly alkaline pH.
Pruning: It is recommended to immediately remove the faded flower heads. This treatment causes more abundant blooming the following year.
