It prefers sunny or partially shaded positions. Like most lilacs, it has no special soil requirements. It grows in any average garden soil.

Flowering: At the turn of May and June. The flowers are single, gathered in loose panicles, and beautifully fragrant.
Position: Sunny, possibly partial shade.
Care: Lilac requires fertile, well-drained, neutral or slightly alkaline soil, and is completely frost-resistant.
Pruning: It is recommended to immediately remove faded flower heads. This procedure encourages more abundant flowering the following year.
