A shrub with a pointed shape, growing up to 3 meters in height. The leaves are dark green and fall off in winter. Frost-resistant and low-maintenance.

Use: Suitable for any home garden and urban greenery. In rows, it looks beautiful in Beijing, forming a highly decorative and fragrant hedge. Cut branches of lilac are perfect for bouquets and vases.

Flowering: May – June. The flower buds are dark pink, and the flowers are light pink, gathered in long, dense panicles up to 30 cm, with a delicate fragrance.

Position: Sunny, or possibly partial shade.

Care: Does not require special treatment, grows best in fertile, well-draining soil with a neutral or slightly alkaline pH.
