The Japanese Pennisetum "LITTLE BUNNY" is a miniature variety that forms clumps of leaves up to 30 cm in height, but during flowering, it grows up to 50 cm. Flower heads appear at the end of July. This grass is incredibly charming due to its small size and fluffy structure. At the same time, it is also very decorative because the flowers appear in large numbers. The color is variable; initially, the plant is green, then it turns white, taking on a creamy hue. Mature flower heads become brownish.
It thrives in sunny or semi-shady positions. It does not like drying out. It requires fertile, humus-rich, well-drained, and moist soil.
In winter, it is recommended to cover the clumps with bark or conifer branches.
