A beautiful evergreen climber that does not shed its leaves in winter, low-maintenance, hardy, and easy to grow. Leaves turn purple in autumn and winter. Flowers are initially white, later yellow. Blooms from June to July. Reaches up to 4 m (1–2 m per year). A wonderful decoration for the garden near pergolas, fences, and arbors. Also looks great in containers on balconies or terraces. Has no special soil requirements. Prefers shady or semi-shaded positions.
