Very attractive, rarely seen fragrant climbing plant with evergreen, dark green, lance-shaped leaves and chocolate-purple flowers; low-maintenance, hardy, and easy to grow. Additional decoration is provided by small violet-black fruits. It beautifully decorates the garden, and also looks great in pots on balconies or terraces. It works very well as a ground cover plant. Suitable for sunny and semi-shaded spots. The plant is successfully grown in the Polish climate zone.

Usage: Especially useful for planting fences, near gazebos, pergolas, and various supports. Can also be used on balconies. An interesting ground cover plant.

Blooming: Red flowers from June to July. Small, violet-black fruits.

Care: Best planted in sheltered or semi-shaded spots. Tolerates average soils.
