An original and quite demanding slow-growing shrub with stiff, upright branches and beautiful, unique flowers. It grows to about 1.5 - 2 meters. The leaves are dark green, turning yellow in autumn and falling off in winter. If grown in the right location, it is completely frost-resistant. It prefers a warm, sunny position sheltered from the wind. The hibiscus should be watered regularly, as it does not tolerate drying out. The soil should be fertile, moderately moist, with a neutral or slightly alkaline pH.

Application: Recommended for single and group plantings in home gardens as well as for planting in sheltered parks.
Blooming: The decoration of every hibiscus is its large, showy flowers that appear from July to September. The 'Red Heart' variety is distinguished by white flowers with a dark red center and yellow stamens.
Care: For proper growth and blooming, a humus-rich, slightly acidic soil is required. It does not tolerate over-watering, but it is advisable to mist the leaves. Mistured flowers will fall off. When the first buds appear, fertilize with a fertilizer for flowering plants. Be sure to cover it for winter. The preferred position is southern, but a sheltered and protected spot is ideal.
Pruning: You can carry out both maintenance and shaping pruning.
