A long-lived fruit shrub, living up to 35 years, growing up to 1.8 m with a compact, rounded habit. It flowers at the beginning of April, producing white-yellow blossoms. The fruits are large and firm, highly resistant to premature dropping. This variety is extremely productive, early-fruiting, undemanding and very frost-resistant, tolerating temperatures down to -45°C. Perfect for cultivation in Polish climate conditions.

Use: Can be consumed fresh as a dessert fruit, but is also excellent for preserves, juices, jams, confitures, compotes and liqueurs. The berries can also be dried or frozen. They contain high levels of vitamins C and A, as well as valuable nutrients and strengthening substances.

Fruiting: Large, black, round berries with a flavour similar to American blueberry or wild bilberry. Fruits ripen already in May and early June.

Care: A low-maintenance plant. Grows well in slightly acidic sandy-loamy soil, as well as neutral or alkaline. Requires sunny or slightly shaded locations. Extremely resistant to drought and frost (down to -45°C). It is recommended to plant at least two different varieties together to ensure proper pollination and more abundant fruiting.

Pruning: No pruning is required in the early years. After 5–6 years, annual rejuvenation is needed, removing the oldest shoots, especially those lying on the ground, overly dense or damaged.
