The root system usually consists of short bulb-like rhizomes and long fleshy roots. The basal leaves are grassy or linear, forming large clumps, from which flower stems with many buds emerge. The individual flowers open for one day – hence the English name "daylily." However, with many buds, flowering can last over a month.

Cold resistance is varied. The completely hardy ones are in the so-called "dormant" group, shedding leaves in winter. The second group of semi-evergreens – "semievergreens", has practically complete hardiness in Polish conditions. Both groups are available in our assortment.

Daylilies should be planted 50-100 cm apart. When planting, cover the growth tips with a 2-3 cm layer of soil.

When you receive the daylilies, their leaf tips may have been trimmed for practical reasons, which does not affect the quality of the plant. Some leaves may be slightly yellowed. This is normal and does not harm the daylilies.

Dig a hole deep enough to fit the roots and the growth tip (the part between the roots and leaves). After planting, water thoroughly.

This offer is for 1 Daylily in a 2L pot from the yellow-red, yellow-pink, yellow-burgundy color group. Our assortment is carefully selected, featuring varieties with beautiful, diverse colors and unique shapes.
