Vigorous climber, blooms long and profusely. Reaches up to 8 m (2–3 m per year). Requires warm, sheltered locations.
For several weeks in May, a blooming wall composed of hundreds of pale pink flowers can persist. Unfortunately, flower buds and even shoots may freeze during harsher winters. It is only suitable for planting in sheltered locations with a milder microclimate.
Use: Grows up to 8 m. Recommended as a screening plant for planting along tall fences, other supports, or trees.
Flowering: Pale pink flowers. Blooms from April to June.
Care: Prefers southern, eastern, and western exposures. Requires sheltered, warm locations. In harsh winters, it may freeze and not bloom the following spring.
Pruning: Does not require pruning. Can be pruned after flowering if needed.
