Abundantly flowering botanical variety with small semi-double, light blue flowers. In autumn, it is covered with ornamental, fluffy seed heads. A very frost-resistant and undemanding plant. Perfect for cultivation in Polish climatic conditions.
Application: Perfectly climbs pergolas, fences, walls, gazebos, trellises and natural supports such as coniferous and deciduous trees, shrubs, and subshrubs. Looks great as a ground cover plant.
Flowering: Very early, from April to May and again in July.
Position: Any.
Care: Plant clematis 5 cm deeper than it grew in the pot and at least 30 cm away from other plants or walls. Mulch the soil around the seedling with bark. Shade the base, e.g., with low shrubs, and in autumn, cover with bark up to 10–20 cm. Best grows in fertile, humus-rich, well-drained, and airy soil with a pH of 6–7. Fertilize from April and water intensively during the growing season.
Pruning: Do not prune, as this variety blooms on old, previous year's shoots. To control growth, prune only after flowering, no lower than 1 m from the ground.
