A very early and abundantly flowering botanical variety with beautiful semi‑double pink‑purple flowers. In autumn it becomes covered with decorative seed heads. The plant looks beautiful both in the garden and in containers on a balcony or terrace. It is frost‑resistant and low‑maintenance. Ideal for cultivation in Polish climatic conditions.
Application: It climbs wonderfully over pergolas, fences, walls, gazebos, trellises and natural supports such as coniferous and deciduous trees, shrubs and subshrubs. It also looks excellent as a ground‑covering plant.
Flowering: From April until the end of May.
Exposure: Any.
Care: Plant the clematis 10 cm deeper than it grew in the pot and at least 30 cm away from other plants or walls. Mulch the soil around the plant with bark. Shade the base with low shrubs and before winter cover with bark up to 10–20 cm. It grows best in fertile, humus‑rich, airy soils rich in calcium (pH 6–7). Fertilize from April and water intensively during the growing season.
Pruning: It is not pruned at all, as it flowers on old, last‑year shoots. To limit growth, prune only after flowering, no lower than 1 m above the ground.
