A beautiful and hardy variety, fairly vigorous (2–3 m) and long‑flowering. Large white‑lemon flowers reach up to 16 cm in diameter! Successfully cultivated throughout Poland. It blooms twice a year! Application: It climbs wonderfully over pergolas, fences, walls, gazebos, trellises and natural supports such as coniferous and deciduous trees, shrubs and subshrubs. Flowering: From May to June and again from August to September. Exposure: Any, except strongly sun‑exposed locations. It can grow in shade! Care: Plant the clematis 5 cm deeper than it grew in the pot and at least 30 cm away from other plants or walls. Mulch the soil around the plant with bark. Shade the base with low shrubs and before winter cover it with bark up to 10–20 cm. It grows best in fertile, humus‑rich, calcium‑rich (pH 6–7) and well‑aerated soils. Fertilize from April and water intensively during the growing season. Pruning: Spring flowering occurs on last year’s shoots, so at the turn of February and March remove dead and diseased stems, and prune healthy ones lightly: in the first year 30 cm above the ground above strong buds, in the second year 70 cm, and in subsequent years 100 cm above the ground.
