A vigorously growing climber, long and abundantly flowering. It reaches up to 8 m (2–3 m per year). It requires sheltered, warm positions. For several weeks in May it can create an impressive flowering wall made of hundreds of pale‑pink flowers. Unfortunately, flower buds—and in harsher winters also the shoots—may freeze. Suitable only for sheltered locations with a milder microclimate.
Application: Reaches up to 8 m. Recommended as a screening plant for planting along high fences, other supports or trees.
Flowering: Pale‑pink flowers. Blooms in May and June.
Care: Prefers southern, eastern and western exposures. Requires warm, sheltered positions. In severe winters it may freeze and will not bloom the following spring.
Pruning: Does not require pruning. Can be pruned after flowering only if necessary.
