A variety highly resistant to frost and diseases, with beautiful, large light white-pink flowers with a dark pink stripe. Blooms twice a year!!! Successfully grown throughout Poland. Ideal for partial shade and shade.
Use: Climbs beautifully on pergolas, fences, walls, gazebos, trellises and natural supports such as coniferous and deciduous trees, shrubs and bushes.
Flowering: From May to June and again in August–September.
Exposure: East, west, north.
Care: Plant clematis 5 cm deeper than it grew in the pot and at least 30 cm away from other plants or walls. Mulch the soil around the plant with bark. Shade the base, e.g. with low shrubs, and before winter mound bark up to a height of 10–20 cm. Grows best in fertile, humus-rich, well-aerated soils rich in calcium (pH 6–7). Fertilize from April and water intensively during the growing season.
Pruning: Spring flowering occurs on last year’s shoots, therefore at the turn of February and March remove dead and diseased shoots, and prune the healthy ones lightly: in the first year after planting cut to 30 cm above the ground above strong buds, in the second year to 70 cm, and in subsequent years to 150 cm above the ground.
