Use: Perfect for cultivation near fences, gazebos, trellises, stakes, and other supports. It can climb on natural supports such as deciduous or coniferous shrubs and small bushes.
Flowering: June-August.
Care: Plant the clematis 5cm/10cm deeper than it was in the pot and at least 30cm away from other plants or walls. Mulch the soil around the seedling with bark. Shade the base with small bushes and, before winter, cover with bark to a height of 10-20 cm. It grows best in fertile, humus-rich, calcium-rich soil.
Pruning: A variety that flowers on this year's shoots, so prune heavily between February and March. In the first year after planting, cut 30 cm above the ground over strong buds, in the second year 40 cm, and in the following years 50 cm above the ground.
