A beautiful Polish clematis named in honour of Jesuit brother Stefan Franczak. Its large blue flowers with a white stripe down the centre of each petal reach up to 10 cm in size. It prefers warm, sunny positions sheltered from strong, cold winds, but also grows well in partial shade. The soil should be garden‑type, humus‑rich and slightly acidic. Perfect for pergolas, fences, arbours or containers on balconies and terraces.
