An Estonian variety with exceptionally dark purple, velvety flowers set on long pedicels. The stamens are yellow-green. Blooms profusely from the end of June to August. Best planted against a light background. Clematis prefers sunny, warm locations, sheltered from strong, cold winds. It is ideal for garden use on pergolas, trellises, and fences. The soil should be fertile, humus-rich, well-draining, and moist, with a pH of 6.0-7.0.

Pruning: A variety that blooms on this year's growth, so in late February to early March, prune it strongly. In the first year after planting, prune 30 cm above the ground over strong buds, in the second year 40 cm, and in subsequent years 50 cm above the ground.
