Application: Perfect for planting in containers on balconies and terraces, as well as for cultivation near fences, arbors, trellises, stakes, and other garden supports.
Blooming: Light blue flowers with lilac shades, in the center of which are light brown anthers on white filaments. Flower size: 15-20 cm. Blooms from May to August.
Exposure: Any.
Care: Plant the clematis 5 cm deeper than it was in the pot and at least 30 cm away from other plants or walls. Mulch the soil around the seedling with bark. Shade the base, for example, with low shrubs, and before winter, cover it with bark up to 10-20 cm high. It grows best in fertile, humus-rich, calcium-rich soils (pH 6-7) and well-drained. Fertilize from April and water intensively during the growing season.
Pruning: Spring blooming on last year's shoots, so in late February or March, cut out dead and diseased shoots, and prune the healthy ones lightly. In the first year after planting, cut 30 cm above the ground above strong buds, in the second year 70 cm, and in subsequent years 150 cm above the ground.
