Clematis reaches a height of up to 4 m. It enjoys sunny, warm positions, sheltered from strong and cold winds. It is suitable for planting pergolas, gazebos, or trellises.
When planting, bury the clematis 10 cm deeper than it was in the pot and at least 30 cm away from other plants or walls. Mulch the soil around the plant with bark. Shade the base with low shrubs and cover it with bark to a height of 10-20 cm before winter. It thrives best in fertile, humus-rich, calcium-rich soils (pH 6-7) and well-drained soils. Start fertilizing in April and water abundantly during the growing season.
