Clematis reaches a height of up to 4 meters. It thrives in a sunny and warm position, sheltered from strong and cold winds. It is suitable for planting on pergolas, arbors, or trellises.
Plant the clematis 10 cm deeper than it grew in the pot and at least 30 cm away from other plants or walls. Mulch the soil around the plant with bark. Shade the base with low shrubs and cover it with bark up to a height of 10-20 cm before winter. It grows best in fertile, humus-rich soils, rich in calcium (pH 6-7) and well-drained. Start fertilizing in April, and water intensively during the growing season.
