This clematis clings strongly to pergolas, trellises, or other supports. Isago reblooms, making it an attractive and desirable variety. The first flowers appear from May to June. The next wave of flowers occurs from July to August, during which the flowers are semi-double.
This clematis prefers a warm location sheltered from strong and cold winds. It grows up to 3 meters. It thrives in moderately moist, well-drained soils.
