Wonderful, healthy, low-maintenance. An easy-to-grow and moderately vigorous variety (2 - 2.5 m) with unique bell-shaped, hanging light-blue flowers with yellow stamens. Ideal for cultivation throughout Poland. The plant looks beautiful both in the garden and in pots on the balcony or terrace.
Application: Climbs wonderfully on pergolas, fences, walls, gazebos, trellises, and natural supports like conifers, deciduous trees, shrubs, and small bushes. It thrives in large pots on balconies, terraces, and small gardens. An excellent ground cover plant.
Flowering: From early June to September.
Exposure: Southern, eastern, western.
Care: Plant clematis 5 cm deeper than it grew in the pot and at least 30 cm away from other plants or walls. Mulch the soil around the plant with bark. Shade the base with low shrubs, and before winter, cover with bark to a height of 10-20 cm. It grows best in fertile, humus-rich, calcium-rich (PH 6-7), and well-drained soils. Fertilize from April and water intensively during the growing season.
Pruning: This variety flowers on the current year's growth, so prune heavily in late February or early March. In the first year after planting, prune 30 cm from the ground above strong buds, 40 cm in the second year, and 50 cm in subsequent years.
