A variety with a clumping habit and green, cascading leaves that turn brown-beige in autumn. The inflorescences, beautiful plumes, have a yellow-pink colour. In autumn the fluffy, attractive stems turn beige. It flowers from August to November.
The miscanthus grows up to 2 m tall and is perfect for planting in a row or as a solitary plant. It prefers fertile, moist soil and a warm, sunny position sheltered from strong, cold winds.
