A picturesque small tree that eventually reaches around 4 metres in height, forming a broad, rounded crown. It grows naturally and evenly, without the need for shaping, making it ideal for gardens where a relaxed, informal habit is desired.
The leaves are green and lightly serrated, turning a vivid red in autumn and adding a strong seasonal accent. One of the most attractive features of this variety is its very early flowering — buds open before the foliage appears. The flowers are white with a pink centre, gathered in small clusters, giving them a delicate and airy look.
The plant thrives in fertile, well‑drained soil and in a sunny position, where it blooms most abundantly. It is fully hardy and performs reliably in Central European climates. Introduced to the market in Germany in 1977, it remains valued for its ornamental qualities and low maintenance needs.
