This is an interesting shrub that flowers profusely and for a long time. The flowers are bisexual, gathered in clusters of 3-8 flowers. Its fruits are inflated pods, 5-8 cm long. Initially red, the fruits turn gray later, and are an extraordinary and original decoration for the shrub, especially in winter when the shrub is covered with them.
The shrub's leaves are very similar to acacia leaves. This plant grows up to 5 meters. It is worth planting it in a visible and representative location.
Moszenka prefers a warm, sunny position. It is undemanding in terms of soil, but it will flower most abundantly on well-drained soil. It is very resistant to periodic droughts and frost. If the winter is very cold, the plant may freeze. However, this should not be a concern, as it will sprout new shoots in the spring.
The plant should be regularly pruned, especially long shoots should be shortened by at least half. This way, we give the plant a defined shape.
