This climber is bisexual with twining shoots. It grows up to about 12 m, with an annual growth of 3 m. It is ideal for covering walls, fences, pergolas, or gazebos. It is not recommended to plant it near small shrubs or trees, as it may overgrow them. Dławisz has no special soil requirements. It grows well in both sunny and shady locations.

Blooming and Fruiting: Attractive green leaves turn an intense yellow in autumn. The female variety bears ornamental red, spherical fruits (found only on female plants) that remain decorative for several months (October–December). The flowers are small and white. The male variety acts as a pollinator for the female plants.
Care: The plant is not demanding in terms of soil and light. It can be grown in the shade or partial shade. It has no special soil requirements and does not require special care.
