A beautiful Polish clematis named after the Jesuit brother Stefan Franczak. Its large blue flowers with a white stripe down the center of each petal reach up to 10 cm in diameter. It prefers a warm, sunny location sheltered from strong and cold winds. It also grows well in partial shade. The soil should be garden loam, rich in humus, and slightly acidic.
It looks perfect on a pergola, fence, gazebo, or in a pot on a balcony or terrace.
